Monthly Report

A full backup-style export of a month's actual transactions across every account.

Yearly Flagged Report

All expenses under a given flag for a year, sorted by name — e.g. a charitable donations report for tax purposes.

Quarterly Self-Employment Taxes

Estimated federal and state set-asides on gross income tagged with the "Self Employment Income" flag, using the rates below. These are estimates from a flat rate you set — not a real tax calculation.

Download Your Data

A copy of everything you can see in CFFS — accounts, transactions, budgets, recurring items, reimbursements and statements. The JSON file is complete; the CSV is every transaction in a spreadsheet-friendly layout.

Delete My Account

Your account is deactivated right away and permanently deleted after 7 days — log in before then to cancel. If you share a household, it stays with the other members; otherwise everything in it is deleted too. Download your data first if you want a copy.

Household

Everyone in a household sees and can add or edit the same accounts, transactions, and budget — the Primary User is just the one who originally created it.
